The Ohio Valley Staff is Top-Notch!

Our 11 month old son had tubes placed in both ears on December 30, 2021 by Dr. John Gillen. This was his first big surgery in his short life, being his Momma I was beyond nervous! I knew the staff at Ohio Valley was top notch, but that day they surpassed top notch!! Not only did they give special attention to our little one but they also showed sympathy and care to myself. They made sure I was aware of every step through the process and made sure I understood. The staff at Ohio Valley gave me time to ask questions and made me feel so comfortable. His surgery went phenomenally and he is enjoying being able to hear himself babble! I can’t thank the staff of Ohio Valley enough for being so kind to me and my son on such an important procedure!! Your surgical staff, nurses and anesthesiologists are a group like no other, and I can’t thank each one of you enough for making this day easier for us!!
