New Patient Story

Hello....I had a minor procedure today as a follow up from a spinal surgery 6 weeks ago. Both instances, Nicole was the RN that got me prepped for each case. I felt that her attention to detail and what seems to be an honest interest to make sure that I was prepared and comfortable was exceptional. After I was prepped, an elderly lady was brought in close to me and Nicole went out of her way to help this woman in any manner she could.
