New Patient Story

Intro to OV was with Heather. She was so nice I'd like to meet her. Then Michelle's skill and personality made me feel at home. Mary in OR knew my neighbors and kept the banter going. Joe was helpful and Dr. Ho was, as usual, efficient and informative. OV is a wonderful place. Been there several times with hubby, but this was the first as a patient. Very clean and positive experience. One question presented to me by the admission lady I'd never heard before. She asked if I was fearful or felt threatened (abuse). I'm not; however, it is an excellent question that should be asked all females. So appreciate the doctors noting the need for ladies' help. Excellent care.
