had back surgery on 12/27/21 by Dr Molina... I want people to be to aware that he uses a company based at of Texas to due his monitoring and is not in Antham Network ... I am know left with a $27,000 dollar bill.... because he uses a company not in network and I asked him if he uses out of network providers and he said -- NO
