New Patient Story

The individuals at the front desk were rude, berating me for walking in the lobby. I had no idea the lobby was closed and was happy to comply with any rules but the second I walked in and they learn d my husband was having surgery and not me…both of them started barking at me to leave. I was so embarrassed. I was happy to comply with any rules, just treat people like humans! We will not be coming back to this facility. We were there on 2/22/2022 at 6 am. Talk to your people.
