New Patient Story

Thank you for this opportunity to communicate with you. I just have to tell you how impressed I was with my first visit to the Ohio Valley Imaging Center here in Springfield. From the guard at the front door, to the receptionist, the woman who registered me, and the x-ray technicians, I was thrilled with the professionalism, thoroughness, efficiency, but most of all the friendliness of everyone I encountered there today. I believe the woman's name was Jodie(?) who registered me, and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be happier with the experience. It is obvious that the folks who work in this building really enjoy their work. Thank you!
